REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
REFUNDS
We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you need to make an exchange or refund, you have 3 calendar days from receiving the product. After this time, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you request a refund before the product is shipped, we will gladly process it, deducting the commission of the payment platform used (for example, PayPal). If the order has already been shipped, it will be handled as a return.
RETURNS
To process a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact. We require you to send us the receipt or proof of purchase along with photos that support your return and refund request. In some cases, we offer a partial refund, for example, if the product arrives damaged, used, incomplete, or if the 3 calendar day deadline is exceeded.
RETURN PROCESS
Please contact us immediately at hola@kanakmx.com with the details of your request, including the purchase receipt, order number, and photos. We will carefully evaluate your case and, if approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and with all its parts. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email and process the refund. This will be done automatically through the payment method used.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. If the amount is not reflected, please contact your bank as it may take some time. If after this process you still have not received it, please write to us at hola@kanakmx.com.
CHANGES
If you receive a product that is different from the one you purchased, you can request a free exchange within the first 3 calendar days. If the product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping, we will help you with the exchange. Please note that our products are made from natural materials, so they may have variations in color, tone or texture.
